The Big Apple (Japanese: おおきなリンゴ) fills the Belly all the way to the max, regardless of how many points remain. If consumed whilst the Belly is full, it temporarily increases the Belly fill by 10. The effect wears off after the player exits the Dungeons or enters an extension dungeon (e.g. Mt. Blaze Peak, Frosty Grotto).
