Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer is the first main video game in the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series.

In addition to its original releases, the game was also available on the Japanese Wii Virtual Console. The game also received a remake.

The story follows Shiren and Koppa on a quest to reach the top of a mountain. They travel through towns, forests, and caves, joined by people they meet during the journey.
