The DJ Mage (Japanese: ガラ魔道士) Monster Family in  Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate consists of:

1. DJ Mage (Japanese: ガラ魔道士)
2. MC Mage (Japanese: ガラ中流魔道士)
3. MC Wizard (Japanese: ガラ上流魔道士)
4. MC Sorcerer (Japanese: ガラ貴族魔道士)

The Night counterpart family is the Dark DJ Mage Family.

Combat Strategy

(List effects here. I listed some from memory, but I don't remember exactly which Mage does which effects.)

• DJ Mage: Swift, Swap, Knockback, Warp
• MC Mage: Confuse, Blind, 20 damage, Transient
• MC Wizard: level regression effect? (3 levels?)
• MC Sorcerer: Slow, turn to onigiri, an effect that cuts your HP to a quarter

Swap Shield or the derived rune (Magi-Twister) stops any effect from a Mage and turns it into 10 damage instead. Reflection Pot stops all magic bullets and reflects them back, for the current floor.
