This is a list of edible food Items that significantly restore Belly. Apples can be given to fainted Pokémon so that they can join in an adventure.

If a Grimy Trap is triggered, some of the food items listed below that are in the Toolbox will be turned into Grimy Food.

Rescue Team DX - Tiny Apple Icon.png Tiny Apple ちいさなリンゴ [Data needed] [Data needed] Eating this fills your Belly a little tiny bit. If you eat it when your Belly is full, it increases your Belly's capacity ever so slightly during that adventure.

Three unused artworks can be found in the game's data. It features the Donut, the Sweet Chocolate and the Four-Leaf Cookie from Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, redrawn in the style of Rescue Team DX.
