Oversights
- Unlike other Pokémon News issues, this one isn't 1:1 with the original games. In the originals, the issue was about the Lucario Rank, the definitive rank in the game. The English localizers did a lazy copy/paste and mistakenly referred to the Ultra Rank as the top rank.
