Rescue Teams (Japanese: 救助隊) are groups of Pokémon banded together with the intent of performing rescue missions for fellow Pokémon in need. Rescue Teams operate under the guidance of the Pokémon Rescue Organization. Rescue Teams complete Rescue Missions in exchange for rewards and rescue points. Upon reaching a new points threshold, the Rescue Team badge will be upgraded to the next Rescue Rank.

• Rescue Team Maze: A Blue Rescue Team exclusive maze at the Makuhita Dojo. It requires a Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Lite and a copy of Red Rescue Team to import a team from.
