Hey, this came back on my plate yesterday - we realized that we had not sent the email out and have been discussing how to fix the issue since then. We advised support on what to offer in the interim and have just sent out an email to all customers resolving the situation.

Please check the email that you made your LRG purchase with our check your pre-existing support tickets regarding the issue. We are giving all customers full refunds and letting you keep the CE. This was our mistake in not informing everyone sooner and we own that mistake.

It's no problem! I feel bad that I didn't send out the email sooner like I had intended. We spent the last day and a half figuring out the best approach we could to this and ultimately decided this was the right thing to do.
