The A4 Clear File
(Japanese: A4クリアファイル) is a file folder with artwork from 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer - Monster of Moonlight Village (PC/Internet Version) artwork on one side, and Detective Punch (Japanese: 探偵パンチ!!) on the reverse.
It's not known how, or when it was released. Detective Punch wasn't released until 2008.[1][2] Monster of Moonlight Village was ported to cell phones in 2010, and again to Android in 2011, so it may have been given away as a promotional item for one of those releases, though this isn't verified.
