Suite "Torneko's Great Adventure" ~Musical Chemistry~(Japanese: 組曲 「トルネコの大冒険」 ~音楽の化学~) was released on October 21, 1993, by Sony Records. Unlike the previous album, it mixes both the Symphonic Suite arrangements and the Original Soundtrack retrieved from the Super Famicom. It was later republished on October 7, 2009 as Koichi Sugiyama's Musical Suite: "Torneko's Great Adventure" ~Musical Chemistry~(Japanese: すぎやまこういち 組曲「トルネコの大冒険」 〜音楽の化学(バケガク)〜). The album features a composition for Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon, all originally composed by Koichi Sugiyama.
The album consists of 11 tracks from the game Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon. Two of them were sourced from the game's soundtrack, one is a compilation of sound effects, and eight are orchestrated arrangements of numerous tracks. They are all composed by Koichi Sugiyama, a famous composer for contributing to the Dragon Quest franchise, and the London Philharmonic Orchestra for the orchestra's performance. The eight first tracks feature a mix of the original soundtrack sourced from the console and the performance.
