The Frozen Cape (Japanese: フローズンマント, Frozen Mantle) is an Exclusive Item in  Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.

When in the Treasure Bag, all damage done to compatible Pokémon by Fire-type moves will be converted into healing instead.
