What Controls Kecleon Levels?
One thing of note: Luxray bossfight seems to only occur in Explorers of Time/Darkness, with it being replaced by the Manectric one in Explorers of Sky. Also, question: What factor controls the level of Kecleon in shops? The only one I have tested the level of was level 50, but I'm not sure about any others and what factors affect the level.
