Meet the Ability Masters is a Quest in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 4 - The Eye of God and the Devil's Navel. You can meet 3 Technique Masters (Japanese: 技マスター) who will teach you techniques when you talk to them. See the List of Techniques for further information. Once they teach you all possible abilities, you won't see them in the main dungeon anymore.
