"What does F# mean in this pdf!"
Sort of a spoof from What does Targ. Y mean in this pdf! anyways what does it mean and F% probability means the rarity, right?

Rhaining did 50 runs of floor 1-3. For those:
F# is the total number of that item found during those runs (absolute frequency) F% is indeed a measure of how rare the item was during those runs. To be exact, the relative frequency of that item. In the left table it is relative to all items of the same type, while in the right table it is relative to all items of the same type and sale value.
I don't want to go into the math too much, but the point to take note of is that 0% bufu Staves does not mean that you cannot find a Bufu Staff during the first three levels, just that Rhaining didn't find any, what indicates that those are rarer than other stuff.
