Shiren 3 Wii Had a dungeon race option.- Sending and Receiving jars. In the PSP?
Fallen Shiren is represented by a flag on a pole.- Sleeping has been broken into two states now in the game. There is what I call "Napping" which is a light sleep that only puts a monster out for a couple of turns and then "Deep Sleep" which puts a monster out for some 20 turns or so. While the "Deep Sleep" would on the surface seem preferable, if you don't put such a baddy down in time they will wake up twice as fast and immune to any further attempts to put them back to sleep. - Lord Gek
DS2/Shiren 3
- DS2 needed Wi-Fi to connect to Shiren 3.
- Homing Blades are exclusive to rescue points? - Black Looper.
- DS2: No more scroll of chains DS2 (GB2?) (Was it introduced in Shiren 1 remake?
- You can use anybody's friend code who has earned enough rescue points to get prize items in DS2.
- DS2 and 3 don't allow you to manage items in town like Shiren DS1 but you can manage them in a special location in the warehouse in DS2. (GB2 as well?)

Shrine of Mystery
The first of the downloadable dungeons, "Mystery Shrine", is a great example of what I call a "Scooby Doo Dungeon". I first saw this sort of dungeon in Torneko 3 and it offers you a VERY DIFFERENT
way to play the Mystery Dungeon games! The gimmick of this dungeon? All of the beasties you meet in this dungeon are INSANELY over leveled compared to your fist level character.
Any one of them can kill you in ONE HIT! If this wasn't bad enough you won't be finding any sort of weapons, shields, or any sort of offensive oriented items.
The whole point of this 99 level dungeon is to avoid all contact with EVERYTHING (which therefore reminds me of the classic "Scooby Doo being chased by the monsters").
To aid you in this seemingly futile quest are a bunch of pre-identified items that will help you evade or somehow hinder (not so much damage but confuse, sleep, etc.)
the various baddies. What I've heard, however, is that unlike some of the other Mystery Dungeon versions of this dungeon, you can still get experience if you do manage
to kill any of the baddies (like hitting them with a wand of blowback several times until they're killed by the constant 5 hp dinks) which means you MIGHT eventually be
able to get your character past that "killable by a single blow" aspect. This dungeon also has scrolls of escape but I'm pretty sure they don't even show up until you get past a certain depth.
Bufu's Cave
-No Gold Laying About: The only way you can make cash in the Shiren 3 Food Dungeon is to seel stuff and the items that will net you the most are key monster meats.
While there is some logic in the pricing of corpses, with the monsters with the more useful abilities and higher evolved forms making you more cash, there are many
exceptions to the rule. You'll just need to learn early on which corpses are worth hanging onto for their useful abilities and which you're only keeping in hopes of
finding a shop to sell them all for buckets of cash.
-No Riceballs in this Dungeon or it's Shops: You'll find that monster meat now restores 20 points of food satiation (as opposed to 10 as in Shiren DS) but unless you
use a monster that can generate it's own food, you'll need to live off eating the meats.
-Make Your Own Scrolls: The only scrolls you'll ever find in the dungeon itself are those of remove curse BUT something this dungeon gives you all of the tools to do
even fairly early is to make any scroll you want on your own! If you dump any scroll in the water it turns into a "Wet Scroll". Once a wet scroll dries, however, it
becomes a Blank Scroll on which you can write any scroll you've already used in the game so far. The trickiest part of all of this is drying the wet scrolls which, if
left in your pack only have something like a 5% chance of drying every time you change floors. You can turn this into a 100% chance of drying if you bless the wet scroll
first, however, and the monster who's meat allows you to do this is available pretty early on in the Food Dungeon.
-Burnt Monster Meat: Another new concept is that of burnt monster meat (just like normal riceballs, meat is burnt if it lays in your inventory outside of a jar when you are
hit by any sort of fire or explosion). Besides being a decent source of food nutrition, every time you eat burnt monster meat (regardless of what creature it may have been previously)
will grant you some random ability for the duration of the current dungeon level (usually mirroring some bracelet effect).
(these two downloadable dungeons included right off the bat with this game are pretty direct ports of a couple of the cooler dungeons from Asuka Shiren).

Story ── While searching for a copper for a buddy, Siren, by chance, stopped by "Moon Shrine", he knows the existence of "Orochi" who plagues the villagers. Siren who can not forsake the sadness of the villagers who must sacrifice a child is said to rise to "Orochi" living in the "sanction pass" ─ ─.
There are three ways to go to "sansei pass", "easy", "normal" and "difficult", and you can choose according to the level of the player. As the story goes on, events such as creation of adventure fellows, villagers providing items and preparing warehouses for storing tools are prepared.
Of course, familiar in the "Wonderland Dungeon" series, extra dungeons after clearing are also prepared. In addition to the main dungeon, which is much more difficult than the main dungeon, there are several dungeons with different adventure conditions and different clearing conditions.
Besides that, a puzzle game called "Fei's problem" using items and monsters appearing in Siren is prepared separately from the main volume. It is also possible to create a problem using "Fei problem creation kit" and publish it on the net.
Shiren GB1 unsorted notes, facts, trivia, dungeon data

The game takes place one year after the previous, going to a village to meet Koppa.
Trap and meat dungeons are cut, along with some monster families.
The reason none of the allies make a return is because they're all animals living in the village.
Different items, monsters and story progress depending on the difficulty and you need to beat hard to see the true end.

Fay's Puzzles are independent of the main story. They're selected from the main menu and you don't get any rewards for beating them.
When Shiren tries to leave the village, the exit is 'dungeonized.' and he has to fight his way out. It's "more difficult"? though the floors have decreased, the difficulty is seen as higher or the same. FFP?
Tanmomo is a cat living at the village shrine, loved by Zelkova. She is given to Shiren to help with his adventures.
