General Information
Oboro (Japanese: おぼろ) is a ninja who works for the Shogunate. She's after the treasures of the Karakuri Mansion and wants to claim them for the Shogunate.
Locations
Oboro is first encountered atop the Koujinmaru III, disguised as the old woman from the Tea House. She reveals another one of her disguises before showing her true self. She kidnaps Shiren, Asuka and Koppa before throwing them in the brig of her airship and heading towards the mansion.
