Rescue Team:Food
There are certain items that you will encounter in your dungeons that are edible. They can have different effects on the player or partner, positive or negative. They can heal HP, heal certain or all status effects or increase stats. However, they can also cause harm for the player, such as limiting or messing up vision. These items can also raise fill the belly by a certain amount.
Berries
Berries (きのみ Berries) are a common form of healing items that can either restore your HP or a certain status problem. There can also be certain berries that also enhance certain stats, such as a small HP boost. These items can be held by both the leader and/or the partner, can be placed and thrown in a one-directional path. However, they are not prone to becoming sticky. They use the option of 'eat' instead of 'use' or 'injest'. Berries also manage to fill the Pokémon's belly by a sight amount.

Food
Food are also prominent items that are exclusive only to the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. Most of them don't really do much, but some of them raise things like IQ or induce a random status effect. However, all of them are known to fill up a Pokémon's belly significantly more than normal items like berries or seeds. These items can be held by the leader and/or the partner, can be placed and can be thrown in a one-directional path. However, they are not prone to becoming sticky or being affected by a certain trap.

Apples
Apples are one of the best foods in terms of filling up the belly, and they can range in three sizes. These food items can be thrown, placed and held. However, they can be affected by Grimy traps, turning them into Grimy Food in the process, and cannot be restored to their original self after the trap activation. Normal apples are most prone to turning into Grimy Food, whilst Big or Huge apples have a lesser chance of turning into one.
Gummis
Gummis also play a rather large part in filling up the Pokémon's belly, but
