Toadstool (Japanese: おばけキノコ), also referred to as Poisonous Toadstool and Monster Toadstool by some characters, is a monster in Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon.

Combat Strategy

Toadstools are able to lower Torneko's current strength by 1. They can only use this ability at melee range and use it approximately 50% of the time. It is recommended to attack Toadstools with projectiles at a distance before finishing them off with a physical attack or to equip a Scale Shield when fighting them. If your strength is lowered, wait until you find an Antidote Herb and use it only once you are safely away from monsters. Using a Strength Herb can also recover Torneko's strength by 1, but is better used when Torneko is at max strength. Toadstools otherwise aren't directly dangerous due to their low attack, so using items other than projectiles on them is wasteful.
