魔城大果守閘 - Magistrate's Greater Court

• 18 Floors (19th floor has a boss the 1st time)

• Notes: The Spark Sword is a very useful rare sword that is easily obtainable in this dungeon (6~18F)

ジャハンナムの扉 - Jahannam Gate

• 22 Floors (23rd floor has 2 bosses)

• Gitans allowed: Yes.
• Notes: Sturdy Armband is only found in this dungeon (shops, 15~19F).

Post Story Dungeons

トンファンの穴 - Tonfan Dungeon (Food Dungeon)

• Requirement: Must clear main quest.
• 20 Floors to clear event. 99 in total
• Party members allowed: Only Sofu.
• Items allowed: No.
• Gitans allowed: No.
• Unidentified items: Weapons, armor.
• Mission: You must keep Sofu alive (Herbs of Revival don't work with Sofu, and you can't ask for a rescue if Sofu dies). Begin with a Bufu Cleaver, which occasionally drops the meat of the monsters you kill. You may feed the meat to Sofu by throwing it to him, upon which he will gain that monster's special ability. All shops have special item generation: only herbs, and scrolls of attraction will be sold. Item generation in the dungeon is likewise tweaked to generate items uniquely suited to help manipulate Sofu.
• Notes: Happiness Staves, Staves of Misfortune and Staves of change start to appear from the 21st floor. Bufu's staves start to appear from the 25th floor, but they are always [0].

天下一ワナ道会 - The Road of Traps

• Requirement: Must clear Tonfan Dungeon.
• 15 Floors to clear event. 99 in total.
• Party members allowed: No.
• Items allowed: No.
• Gitans allowed: No.
• Unidentified items: ???
• Mission: Reach F15 alive. The Trap Dungeon works in much the same way as the Scroll Cave in Shiren 1. While wearing the Trap Armband (with which Shiren begins the Dungeon) Shiren will see traps, pick up, and be able to set traps. Monsters, and not Shiren, will be affected by them. Experience will be granted by a multiplier system: while wearing the Trap Armband, if a monster is killed without having stepped on a trap, Shiren will only gain 1 exp. If he steps on 1 trap, he gains the normal exp. If he steps on two, then double, and so on. If a monster steps off of a trap, he loses his multiplier by 1 each step he takes on a non-trap tile. 
• Notes: Special item and shop generation. No shields until level 90, when the Mecharoid Shield becomes available.

壺の洞窟 - Cave of the Pot / Survival Dungeon

• Requirement: Must clear the "Road of Traps" dungeon.
• 6 Floors to clear event. 99 in total.
• Party members allowed: No.
• Items allowed: No.
• Gitans allowed: No.
• Unidentified items: None. 
• Mission: Reach F6 alive. While in the Jar Cavern, Shiren faces severely overpowered enemies while staying at character level 1. Shiren can't level up in this dungeon. He begins with three jars of hiding. He can see monsters coming from corridors.
• Notes: Special, severely limited item generation. No shops, no Monster Houses. Riceballs and Passage Armbands start to appear from the 6th floor.

奈落の果て - Edge of the Abyss

• Requirement: Must clear the "Cave of the Pot" dungeon.
• 30 Floors to clear event. 99 in total.
• Party members allowed: No.
• Items allowed: No.
• Gitans allowed: No.
• Unidentified items: Everything but Riceballs, Escape Scrolls, Jars of Water, Teleport Jars and Jars of Hiding. 
• Mission: Reach F30 alive. 

Optional Dungeons

鍛冶屋のかまど - Forge Furnace (Blacksmith Dungeon)

• Requirements:
  • Get Mamo (Chesty) as a Party Member.
  • Clear the Jahannam Gate.
  • Upgrade one item at the blacksmith without any party members.
  • Enter by walking up to the furnace at the upper left-hand corner of the blacksmith's shop (there aren't any stairs). 
• Party members allowed: Yes.
• Items allowed: Yes.
• Gitans allowed: Yes.
• Mission: You need to reach the 99th floor to find the blacksmith's grandfather treasure. You will face high-level enemies from the very beginning, so come prepared. There are only Gitans, Weeds, Poison Herbs and those special staves that uses the power of herbs scattered, occasional shops appear with the useful stuff. Special monster houses (with level 4 monsters) can appear from the 1st floor.
• Notes: This is the only dungeon where it is possible to fully upgrade Zoso the Robot.

マムルのほら穴 - Mamel Cave ^{DS only}

• Requirements:
  • Tonfan Dungeon must be cleared.
  • One of the following tasks must be completed:
    • Receive 10 items from the Big Rock Stoner (requires Wii points).
    • Clear the "Edge of the Abyss" dungeon (Reach the 30th floor).
  • Go to the Head Stone House (he will fly away and leave; you will see him in the fourth main dungeon afterwards and will still give you items).
  • Enter a dungeon, return to the house, watch the event.
  • Enter a dungeon, return to the house, the Mamel Cave and the Borg Mamel will be unlocked.
• Party members allowed: Borg Mamel only.
• Items allowed: Yes.
• Gitans allowed: Yes.
• Unidentified Items: Weapons, armor, armbands, staves, jars.
• Mission: Keep the Borg Mamel alive for 30 Floors. 99 Floors in total. 

遺跡の奥底 - Deep Ruins ^{DS only}

• Requirements:
  • Finish the "Edge of the Abyss" Dungeon.
  • One of the following 3 tasks must be completed.
    • Have more than 1.000 Rescue Shiren 3 Points (requires wii connection)
    • Receive 10 "Thank You" letters from rescues (requires wi-fi connection)
    • Have more than 20 Pickaxes in your Warehouse.
  • Go from the 2nd floor to the 1st of the Tonfan Guesthouse and see the event.
  • When you exit the City you will see the 遺跡の奥底 option.

オババの家の隠し穴 - Obaba Cave ^{DS only}

• Requirements:
  • Finish the "Edge of the Abyss" dungeon.
  • Go to the Old Woman house and see the event.
  • After clearing it, it will be added to the main menu.
