Fei's Problem 4 (Japanese: ???) is one of Fei's Problem in Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer.

Solution

This problem is solved by picking up the Swap Staff and using it agains the three enemy MamoonTemplate:FT to reach beyond the water that blocks the way to the stairs.
