Romania: I don't know why it uses Euro. Despite this version of the eShop being in English, the GtI page doesn't have the two trailers it should have. GtI DLC isn't available. Russia: eShop currently not available. This erorr is different from simply "not available". In this case I can open the eShop, and then get the error, while the other case I can't open it at all and I get the error in the HOME menu. I can't get far enough in the eShop to change the eShop's region to match the console's region, so trying to access the DLC menu in-game gives me an error saying the regions don't match.
