Chocobo 2:Magic Books

Magic Books (Japanese: 魔法の本) are a type of item found in Chocobo's Dungeon 2. Magic Books can stack up to 99, and have varying effects. The majority of magic books deal damage of a certain element and level up in power after continued use. They are also used to activate certain Dungeon mechanisms in Dungeons, such as Cauldrons. The other type of books, "Trick Books", select a random spell from a list, do not interact with Dungeon mechanisms, and do not level up.
