Rescue Team:Uproar

Uproar is a non-damaging sound-based move.

Uproar causing Vigoroth to be sleepless.

Usage

The user produces a loud voice that keeps the allied Pokemon Sleepless. Sleeping Pokemon also wakes up. However, if any ally Pokemon has the Soundproof Ability, it has no effect on it.

After-effects: Sleepless, 100% (Not on Pokemon with the ability Soundproof)

Range: Allies in room

Difference from the main games

• The move no longer dealed damage. Instead, it just applies the Sleepless Status Condition.
• The move doesn't affect opponents, unlike in the main games, where all Pokemon can't fall asleep.
• The user isn't forced to use this move for 2-5 turns.
