The Partner (Japanese: ???) is a character in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.Nintendo DS He or she follows the Hero outside of dungeons and, in general, during the story. The Partner's species is chosen by the player at the start of the game.

The Partner begins at Level 5.

Trivia

  • The Partner has internal default names not meant to be seen by players. In Japanese, it's (Japanese: ダネたろう, Danetarou). In English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, it's Dinsdale, a name used by Nob Ogasawara, who translated the game to English.
