Experience Points are a stat in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity. A Pokémon gains Experience Points by defeating enemies or by using some items.

Items that affect Experience Points

Oran Berry Eating it restores 100 to the current HP.
Sitrus Berry Eating it restores 100 to the current HP.

If eaten with full current HP, it increases the Maximum HP by 2.

Life Seed Eating it increases the Maximum HP by 3.
Joy Seed Eating it increases the level by 1,

and the Maximum HP increases according to its stats table.

Golden Seed Eating it increases the level by 5,

and the Maximum HP increases according to its stats table.

Reviver Seed Automatically revives a fainted Pokémon,fully restoring its current HP in the process.
Heal Ribbon The holder's natural healing rate when spending turns on a floor

is increased by [Data needed]

Heart Pendant The Maximum HP of the holder is increased by 50 as long as it's held.
Negative effects
Stick Decreases the target's current HP by[Data needed]
Iron Thorn Decreases the target's current HP by[Data needed]
Silver Spike Decreases the target's current HP by[Data needed]
Geo Pebble Decreases the target's current HP by 10.
Gravelerock Decreases the target's current HP by 20.
Doom Seed Eating it decreases the level by 1,

and the Maximum HP decreases according to its stats table.

Blast Seed The Pokémon that is in front of a Pokémon that eats this seed is

hit with a blast that decreases the current HP by 50.
