The Dusk Collar (Japanese: やみのえりまき) is an Exclusive Item in  Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.

When in the Treasure Bag, enemies that attack all compatible Pokémon will sometimes become afflicted with the Blinker status condition.
