Walkthrough:
You start in a room with 2 Victory Herbs and 5 Mamels surrounding you. You could eat one of the herbs, or walk straight north to the east exit of the room. Even if all Mamel hit you should still have 7 hp when you exit the room. Now run down all the way east without taking the path to the north. This way you won't get surrounded by even more Mamels. Once you reach the next room, you'll have around 10 hp, enough to kill all those Mamels.
