Puzzle #3/50: Attack Over Water
Things to be learned:
- Areas of water cannot be passed by most entities. Equipping a
Passage Armband will allow Shiren to walk over water. - Eating a
Dragon Herb will deal ~75 fixed damage, and the flames produced will fly indefinitely and over water. - Throwing a Dragon Herb will deal ~50 fixed damage if it successfully hits.
- Entities targeting Shiren do have advanced AI. They will not find alternate pathways to approach Shiren.
Solution:
- Pick up the Dragon Herb and eat it, defeating the Shiren 1 DS/Vipy on the other side of the water. (Throwing the Herb will also defeat the monster, but may miss.)
- Move through the right hallway to the stairs.
