Puzzle #3/50: Attack Over Water

Things to be learned:
  • Areas of water cannot be passed by most entities. Equipping a Shiren 1 DS Item Icon Armband.pngPassage Armband will allow Shiren to walk over water.
  • Eating a Shiren 1 DS Item Icon Herb.pngDragon Herb will deal ~75 fixed damage, and the flames produced will fly indefinitely and over water.
  • Throwing a Dragon Herb will deal ~50 fixed damage if it successfully hits.
  • Entities targeting Shiren do have advanced AI. They will not find alternate pathways to approach Shiren.
Solution:
  1. Pick up the Dragon Herb and eat it, defeating the Shiren 1 DS/Vipy on the other side of the water. (Throwing the Herb will also defeat the monster, but may miss.)
  2. Move through the right hallway to the stairs.
