This Deranger page is about Lump Shaman in Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon. For all Lump Shaman pages across the wiki, see Dragon Quest:Lump Shaman.

Deranger(NT) - This name may be officially used elsewhere, but this media hasn't been officially translated. (Japanese: きめんどうし) is a Template:Torneko 1 in Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon.

Combat Strategy

Derangers have the ability to warp Torneko to a random room on the floor. They can only use this ability at melee range, and while there is a very low chance that they might warp Torneko into the middle of a monster lair on the floor, this ability is usually more beneficial than harmful. If you allow a Deranger to teleport you around, you can more efficiently explore floors, or more easily find the stairs. In the Mysterious Dungeon, when returning to the entrance with the happiness box, the warp effect is even more useful for avoiding encounters and finding the stairs forward.
