Combat Strategy

Bomb Crags have incredibly high HP and considerable defense. When they are reduced to low HP, they completely stop moving and attacking, and they explode when killed. The explosion reaches 2 tiles in every direction, killing other monsters instantly, reducing Torneko to 1 HP, and destroying walls. If a Bomb Crag's explosion kills another Bomb Crag, they too will explode and cause a chain reaction. It is best to lure a Bomb Crag into a room, attack it until it stops moving, and then walk away from it. Bomb Crags can also be used to block swarms of monsters by reducing them to low hp while inside of a hallway, though this also blocks your path. If trapped with no escape, kill them from 2 tiles away with projectiles if possible.
