Available at launch was on-cart "DLC" (Downloadable content) that acts as a resource that can be used for fundraising, convenient dishes are added, among other things. If you find that a dungeon is a little too difficult for you, it's intended to make the game easier. For a limited time in Japan, the DLC was made available for free. Originally intended to be "free" until March 31, 2015, due to a retailer shortage, the free DLC offer was instead extended to April 15, 2015.[1] Prior to the English release, Atlus announced via Twitter that all DLC would be free for the first month, starting on April 07, 2015.[2]
The DLC can be downloaded before you start your save file from the main menu but you need to progress past a certain point in the story before you can use it.
