However, you can use the Mixer Monster to meld other items (herbs, scrolls, staves) with your main weapon or shield. The rules work as the Melding Jar ones: you must throw the weapon or shield to that monster and then, throw the item you want to meld on it. Remember that level 1 Mixer can eat only 2 items, and level 4 ones can eat up to 5 items. This is essential, because sometimes you need to throw several items to obtain a seal.
Maximum Seals are 35 for weapons and 27 for shields. To be able to meld all seals to a weapon or shield (though some are not recommended), you need to level that weapon or shield to its maximum level of 8.
