The Herb of Strength (Japanese: ちからの草) is a herb introduced in the Super Famicom release of Shiren 1. Consuming an Herb of Strength while you are at full strength will add +1 to your Maximum Strength. This also brings your current strength up to the new maximum. If Shiren is not at his maximum strength then it will only increase your current strength by 1.

Tips for use

  • Usually, if you are at full strength then you will want to immediately consume these herbs for the strength boost. If you are currently not at full strength, then consider holding onto this herb until you can fix your strength with either an Antidote Herb or a Chiropractic Jar.
