Gummis (Japanese: グミ) are edible items in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. There are 19 gummis in total in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. Once eaten, they increase the Pokémon's IQ. They also fill the Pokémon's Belly. For most Gummis, the increase in IQ and Belly depends on the Pokémon's Type.
