It is the signature item of Porygon. It can only be used once.
This item is exclusive to Wish Cave, and can be found on Floors 88 and 93 in Kecleon Shops for a few thousand Poké. They can be stored indefinitely.
Again, Kecleon Shops can sell this for a few thousand Poké, and you can sell them for 1 Poké.

Trivia
- This item may be the hardest to get out of all the evolutionary items. It is located in the deepest part of Wish Cave (a dungeon set with certain requirements), and the Kecleon Shops that spawn on those floors do not have a big chance of spawning there.
