They are known for its rain droplet shape, round eyes, and goofy, toothless smile. First introduced in the original Dragon Quest, slimes have since become the series' mascot due to their popularity, including the Torneko's Great Adventure games.

Like a few monsters from the game, Slimes do not own any special abilities or traits.
Special Drops
Slimes have a 1/64 (≈ 1.6%) chance to drop a random item on the ground when defeated.
