==Move Effects==
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Electric Terrain}}''': Electric-type moves are more powerful (+50%), and no Pokémon can fall asleep. It does not affect Pokémon in the air. Using another terrain move will replace Electric Terrain.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Grassy Terrain}}''':  Grass-type moves are more powerful (+50%), halves the damage from {{RescueTeamDX|Bulldoze}}, {{RescueTeamDX|Earthquake}}, and {{RescueTeamDX|Magnitude}}, and greatly speeds up natural HP recovery. It does not affect Pokémon in the air. Using another terrain move will replace Grassy Terrain.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Gravity}}''': Pokémon normally in the air become grounded, can be hit by Ground-type attacks, and will be unable to move to a water or air tile. The accuracy of moves is increased. The effects of {{RescueTeamDX|Magnet Rise}} end. Certain moves, such as {{RescueTeamDX|Fly}}, {{RescueTeamDX|Bounce}}, and {{RescueTeamDX|High Jump Kick}}, are unusable during Gravity.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Ion Deluge}}''': Normal-type moves become Electric-type.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Magic Room}}''': No one can use items, and held items lose their effects. Using Magic Room while it is in effect ends it.
* When there are powerful enemy Pokémon or in a Monster House, Magic Room can leave you in a dangerous state (especially if an enemy Pokémon uses the move) as it prevents the use of Reviver Seeds or Revive All Orbs.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Misty Terrain}}''': Dragon-type attacks are weakened (−50%). The terrain also prevents inflicting bad status conditions. It does not affect Pokémon in the air. Using another terrain move will replace Misty Terrain.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Mud Sport}}''': Weakens Electric-type moves to 70% of usual damage.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Trick Room}}''': Changes to Travel Speed are reversed, which turns moves that normally increase Travel Speed into decreasing and vice versa.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Water Sport}}''': Weakens Fire-type moves to 70% of usual damage.
* '''{{RescueTeamDX|Wonder Room}}''': Defense and Sp. Def are switched. Using Wonder Room while it is in effect ends it.

This Rescue Team DX:Dungeon Status page is about the Nintendo Switch release. For the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS release, see Rescue Team:Dungeon Status.
For the lore page, see Pkmn:Dungeon Status.

There are many different types of Dungeon Status that can happen from floor to floor in each dungeon, including weather, which can be altered through Moves, Abilities, and Wonder Orbs. The floor has "ineffective weather" when there is a Pokémon on the floor whose Ability is Cloud Nine or Air Lock.

Weather Effects

Clear

This is the default weather condition on most dungeon floors. It has no effect on the floor. Using a Weather Lock Orb makes the weather Clear and prevents anything that changes the weather from happening.

Sunny

Fire-type attacks are stronger. Water-type attacks are weaker. Pokémon cannot become frozen. The move is Sunny Day, Ability is Drought, and the item is Sunny Orb.

Extremely Harsh Sunlight

Same as Sunny, but nullifies Water-type attacks. Ability is Desolate Land.

Rain

Water-type attacks are stronger. Fire-type attacks are weaker. The floor becomes defused, preventing explosions from occurring. Move is Rain Dance, Ability is Drizzle, and the item is Rainy Orb.

Heavy Rain

Same as Rain, but instead nullifies Fire-type attacks. Ability is Primordial Sea.

Sandstorm

Pokémon who are not Ground-type, Rock-type, or Steel-type will not regenerate HP naturally and take 3 HP damage every 10 turns. The Sp. Def of Rock-types is increased. The move is Sandstorm, Ability is Sand Stream, and the item is Sandy Orb.

Hail

Pokémon who are not Ice-type will not regenerate HP naturally and take 3 HP damage every 10 turns. The move is Hail and item is Hail Orb.

Strong Winds

Flying-type Pokémon have no weaknesses. Ability is Delta Stream.

Move Effects

  • Electric Terrain: Electric-type moves are more powerful (+50%), and no Pokémon can fall asleep. It does not affect Pokémon in the air. Using another terrain move will replace Electric Terrain.
  • Grassy Terrain: Grass-type moves are more powerful (+50%), halves the damage from Bulldoze, Earthquake, and Magnitude, and greatly speeds up natural HP recovery. It does not affect Pokémon in the air. Using another terrain move will replace Grassy Terrain.
  • Gravity: Pokémon normally in the air become grounded, can be hit by Ground-type attacks, and will be unable to move to a water or air tile. The accuracy of moves is increased. The effects of Magnet Rise end. Certain moves, such as Fly, Bounce, and High Jump Kick, are unusable during Gravity.
  • Ion Deluge: Normal-type moves become Electric-type.
  • Magic Room: No one can use items, and held items lose their effects. Using Magic Room while it is in effect ends it.
  • When there are powerful enemy Pokémon or in a Monster House, Magic Room can leave you in a dangerous state (especially if an enemy Pokémon uses the move) as it prevents the use of Reviver Seeds or Revive All Orbs.
  • Misty Terrain: Dragon-type attacks are weakened (−50%). The terrain also prevents inflicting bad status conditions. It does not affect Pokémon in the air. Using another terrain move will replace Misty Terrain.
  • Mud Sport: Weakens Electric-type moves to 70% of usual damage.
  • Trick Room: Changes to Travel Speed are reversed, which turns moves that normally increase Travel Speed into decreasing and vice versa.
  • Water Sport: Weakens Fire-type moves to 70% of usual damage.
  • Wonder Room: Defense and Sp. Def are switched. Using Wonder Room while it is in effect ends it.

Wonder Orb Effects

  • Luminous Orb: The locations of Pokémon, items, and the stairs on the floor are revealed.
  • Nullify Orb: The Abilities of enemy Pokémon do not work.
  • Radar Orb: The locations of Pokémon on the floor are revealed.
  • Rare Quality Orb: When the Pokémon defeated can join in an adventure, it is more likely that it will have a Rare Qualities.
  • Scanner Orb: The locations of items on the floor are revealed.
  • Weather Lock Orb: Locks the Clear weather in place on the floor.

Other effects

  • Defused: Explosions will not occur. It is caused by rain or a Pokémon with Damp.
  • Disabled: No Pokémon can use the disabled move during the adventure in a dungeon. Only one move can be disabled at a time. It is caused by the Ban Seed's effect.
  • Ineffective Weather: This dungeon status means that the weather, except Clear weather, will have no effect.

Special Conditions

Flooded

This dungeon status can only be encountered during the boss battle with Kyogre at the bottom of Stormy Sea. When the floor becomes flooded with water, all Pokémon on the team get washed away to another spot on the floor. While the floor is flooded with water, Pokémon who are not Water-type have their Travel Speed reduced to half speed.

Rainbow Light

Rainbow Light (Japanese: にじのひかり) is a weather effect that occurs only at the top of Mt. Faraway when battling Ho-Oh. When the weather becomes Rainbow Light, Ho-Oh's HP is restored and its Status Conditions go away. This discourages the use of moves, orbs, or Abilities which change the weather because if the weather becomes Rainbow Light once more, it can prolong the boss fight by making the weather heal Ho-Oh. Additionally, the weather will also heal Ho-Oh after a certain number of turns has passed.
