Wandering Blacksmith
The かじ職人 (English: Wandering Blacksmith) will raise the strength of a Weapon or a Shield for 1,000 Gitan. If you give him a Level 8 Windshield +99, he will give you a level 1 Stormward without bonuses. All previous meld abilities will be kept in the new shield.
