Weapon Transformation

The blacksmith will give you a bunch of cryptic messages. If you fuse certain weapons with certain seals and offer to a Dragon Orb, they can transform into a more powerful weapon. Here are the instructions clean and clear.

Cerulean Blade	Katana, Iridescent Sword	N	Fuse with [Water], [Nature] and then offer the blade to an [Earth] orb.
Pyrite Sword	Demon Sword, Bronze Sword	N	Fuse with [Thunder], [Steel] and then offer to a [Ground] orb.
Flame Sword SH	Dragonkiller	N	Fuse with [Fire], and then offered to a [Spirit] orb. (Use for making a Kabra Reborn)
Kabra Reborn	Kabra's Blade	N	Fuse the following items onto a Kabra's Blade: (Suggested you fuse them onto another weapon and then fuse that weapon onto the Kabra's Blade safely using a melding jar.) Flaming Sword [Draon], [Freezing] Ice Scroll, [Nature], [Reinforced] (Plating Scroll), Silver Arrow [Piercing] (Eat Mixer meat, step over the sword and then the silver arrows.), [Steel]. Raise the blade to +90 and take it to a dragon orb and raise it to + 99 and then bring it to the Blacksmith.

The following entries have yet to be tested but should work. Confirmation of any of these would help.

Happy Armband	Armband with 3 slots.	Fuse with fire, [Water] and then offer to a [Thunder] orb.
	Any weapon? with 9 slots.		When an item is infused with all the elements, it gains great potential.
Spark Sword	Any weapon?	Plate the weapon, add 2 [Thunder] seals and then offer to a water orb.	A plated blade struck by [Thunder] twice will shock with water.
	Loss, Trap, Explosive and Regret?	No armbands have 9 slots.	When an armband reaches its elemental capacity, it dominates them.
Blade Cleaver SE	Nodachi	Fuse with [Shadow], [Water] and then offer to a [Steel] orb.
Recovery Armband			An armband fused with Nature, Spirit, and Shadow have recuperative effects.
Crimson Blade	Genseki Sword, Meteorite Blade	Fuse with [Fire], [Illusion] and offer to an [Earth] orb.
Crimson Shield	Meteorite Shield, Genseki Shield	Fuse with [Fire], [Illusion] and offer to an [Earth] orb.
		Fang Sword or Watou?	A foreign sword worked with Water, Nature, and finally Earth will turn it blue.
	Iron Shield	Fuse with [Water], [Nature] and [Earth].	Fusing an Iron Shield with Water, Nature, and finally Earth will turn it blue.
Shield Cleaver SE	Nodachi	Fuse with a Pickaxe, [Fire], [Water] and then [Steel].
Flame Sword SH	Dragonkiller	Fuse with [Fire], and then offered to a [Spirit] orb. (Use for making a Kabra Reborn)
Satori Shield	Bulky Shield with added slot [Satisfied]	Fuse 5 bulky shields together. (Used for making a Stormward)
Stormward	Windshield	Fuse with: [Evasion], [Blast], [Satisfied] (Satori Shield], [Reinforced] (Plating Scroll), [Invigorant] (any shield + life herb.), [True Sight] (any shield + Identity Scroll) - A Japanese wiki states that you must max out the strenth, combine all the seals and then insert the shield into a Jar of Change.
(Firebrand?)	Katana	From a Japanese wiki: Mark (fire) on the reinforced Katana to the upper limitMake one empty frame and grow with a thermal attribute dragon. Max out a Katana to it's limit, add a slot and fill it's seals with [Fire]?	This great sword evolves by being cloaked in fire.
