The Scroll of Sleep (Japanese: バクスイの巻物) is a scroll introduced to the Super Famicom release of Shiren 1. Reading a Scroll of Sleep will put all Monsters in the same room as Shiren to sleep for 14 normal turns, monsters that are currently moving at Double Speed will awaken after 7 turns. When the monsters wake up, their Speed will increase by 1 level.
