Things to be learned:
Solution:
  1. Pick up the three Dragon Herbs and the Pitcher's Armband.
  2. Equip the latter and throw one of the former at the Inferno on the other side of the water.
  3. Move into the next room and throw another Dragon Herb at the Inferno in there.
  4. Move onto the Stairway!
