The Armor X (Japanese:重装の盾改) is a shield introduced in the [[Shiren 1/Version Differences|Nintendo DS]] release of Shiren 1. It bears the (Hvy) (Heavy) [[Shiren 1/Gameplay Elements/Melding and Seals|Seal]] which doubles [[Shiren 1/Gameplay Elements/Shiren (player character)|Shiren's]] rate. Hunger decreases by 1 every 10 steps normally. It is a rescue reward exclusive item and has an increased upgrading potential over the normal [[Shiren 1/Items/Shields/Armor Ward|Armor Ward]].
