Rescue Team
Version exclusive Pokémon
Version exclusive Pokémon are Pokémon that is only found in the either version of the game. Those Pokémon could not be found and recruited in the dungeons until a Wonder Mail code involving the Pokémon is entered. Due to there not being a Korean release of Red Rescue Team, the Korean release does not have any version exclusives.

A patch in the Japanese version of Blue Rescue Team was published to fix a major data corruption if any Game Boy Advance game were put in Slot 2 on a Nintendo DS.
Rescue Team DX
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX gives major changes and additional content that are not present in the paired games.
