It could be found in various dungeons.
It can be bought with $300 and sold for $150.
In-game Description
'Changes the status of foes in the same room to Sleep, making them incapable of action.
Range: Foes in Room'
Effect
Makes all Foe Pokemon Asleep for 3-6 turns.
- Only for Pokemon inside the user's Room. It can't be used in Boss battles, because of a 'mysterious force' that disables the use of Wonder Orbs.
