Rock Path (いわのよこあな Rock Tunnel) is one of two optional dungeons that can only be entered while the player is a fugitive. The player must choose between Mt. Blaze and Rock Path. Reaching the end of the dungeon returns the player back to its entrance, where the player may choose to re-enter the dungeon or Mt. Blaze.
The dungeon can be re-entered an indefinite amount of time so long as the player does not decide to proceed towards Mt. Blaze, and its sole purpose is to allow the player to gain levels in order to better prepare themselves for the journey ahead.
There is no chance of finding a Monster House, buried item or Kecleon Shop within this dungeon.
