'Say Farewell' is the command given when the leader wants the target Pokémon to leave the team forever. Pokemon that are given this command will disappear from the team forever, unlike 'Rescue Team/Gameplay Elements/Stand By' which only commands the target Pokémon to stay in its Friend Area. Legendary Pokemon that are dismissed can be fought and recruited again with the exceptions of Latias & Latios.
Methods
There is only 1 method for giving this command. However, there is a second way for Pokemon that have just been recruited and aren't considered full members of the team yet.
Method 1
This works for all Pokémon except the starter and the partner, neither of which can ever be dismissed. Only works in dungeons. Beware that the item of the target Pokemon will be lost.
