Shiren's maximum stats are as follows:

HP regen rate

The HP regen rate seems to be 100/max HP per turn, capped at some level if max HP is very low. The regen rate reaches a minimum of 1/2 per turn, or 1 HP every other turn, at a max HP of 200.

Experience level

Note: HP Max doesn't seem to be consistent across different runs. The numbers listed in the column are from two of my runs. Maybe it has to do with gaining multiple levels at the same time, or the max HP gained at level up depends on current max HP, including bonuses from equipment etc. Definitely needs some more experimenting

The first two columns (total exp and exp per level) seem to be consistent.
