Uproar is a non-damaging sound-based move.

Usage
The user produces a loud voice that keeps the allied Pokemon Sleepless. Sleeping party Pokemon also wakes up. However, if any ally Pokemon has the Soundproof Ability, it has no effect on it.

Attack Type: Stat-changing
After-effects: Sleepless, 100% (Not on Pokemon with the ability Soundproof)
Range: Allies in room
Difference from the main games
- The move no longer dealed damage. Instead, it just applies the Sleepless Status Condition.
- The move doesn't affect opponents, unlike in the main games, where all Pokemon can't fall asleep.
- The user isn't forced to use this move for 2-5 turns.
