IQ Group H Skills
Quick Dodger
If a target has Quick Dodger as an active IQ skill, both accuracy values will drop by 10 for that target only.
- Example 1 (Standard): Blizzard normally has an accuracy rating of 80/84 (= 67.2 %). On an enemy with Quick Dodger, this turns to 70/74 (= 51.8 %).
- Example 2 (1 accuracy value equals 125): Iron Tail has an accuracy rating of 125/78 (= 78.0 %). With Quick Dodger, it'd turn to 115/68 but Accuracy1 gets ignored because Accuracy1 is equal to 125. Thus it's accuracy drops to 68.0 % - This reduction is applied before the regular accuracy and evasion multipliers are applied. - Attacks that cannot miss by nature are unaffected by Quick Dodger.
