Oboro (Japanese: おぼろ) is a ninja who works for the Shogunate. She's after the treasures of the Template:Shiren3 and wants to claim them for the Shogunate.
Locations
Oboro is first encountered atop the Template:Shiren3, disguised as the old woman from the Template:Shiren3. Tae is revealed to be another of her disguises before she shows her true self. She arrests Shiren, Asuka, and Koppa and throws them in the brig of her airship so that they won't interfere with Shogunate business before investigating the mansion with her subordinates.
