のいし Water Stone) is an evolutionary item required for certain Pokémon to evolve. It does not require a second item in order to allow the Pokémon to evolve. A total of 5 Pokémon need this particular stone to evolve. It can only be used once.
The stone is exclusive to Northwind Field, and can be found on the last floor before the boss, being Floor 29. The minimum amount of stones you will find there will be around 2 to 3.
Kecleon Shops do not sell these particular types of stones, but they can be sold for 1 Poké.
